After booking the service customers have to give 45 minutes time to the service partner
to reach your service destination if the service partner is less than 4 km away from your
service destination. If the service partner is more than 4 km away, the service partner will
have to additional 10 minutes per km to reach the service destination. If you cancel the
service before the company’s given time period after booking the service 3 times, then
your customer ID will be blocked, then you will never be able to take service from your ID.
You take service from the company, then from the beginning of the service taken by you,
the company is fully responsible. If there is any kind of problem in the same service within3 days of providing the service, then the company will provide the service again, then the
company will not charge you again. If you get any other service done, the Company will
charge for that service only. The Company will not be responsible for any kind of service if
the Service Partner arrives at its service or cancels the booking from its gooperate and
takes service directly from the Service Partner.
Vendor
To digitize your business with Gooperate, the service partner will not have to pay any kind
of charge. Gooperate makes your business digital by giving free joining to its service
partners. Whatever service you will do through Gooperate, you will have to pay 25%
service charge to the company instead of that service. If you are 4 km away from your
service destination, you will be given 45 minutes to reach your service destination. If you
reach your service destination after 45 minutes, you will be paid after adding late charges.
If your service destination is more than 4 km distance then you will be given extra time of
10 minutes per km. If you are reaching your service destination on time and booking is
getting canceled then your business will not grow. You have to behave well with your
customer, if service partner’s behavior is wrong, or report 10 times about service, service
partner’s id will be blocked, then service partner will not get any benefit.
