Gooperate (the “Company” or “we”) is committed to providing the best possible service to its customers (“the Customer” or “you”). This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains our guidelines for cancellations and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before taking the services.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your service 45 minutes after booking your service. To initiate cancellation, please use the cancellation option provided on our application. You will not be charged anything if you cancel the service

Refund Policy

Service Eligibility:

Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within the specified refund period. Provide your order details and a reason for the refund request

Refund Method:

If after service you receive any defected in your product from service partner then you can apply for refund within 3 days but if you do so after 3 days some amount will be deducted from your due refund amount Will be cut.

Refund Timeframe:

The time required to process a refund may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution involved. We will make our best efforts to process refunds in a timely manner.

1. How are vendors on-boarded and what checks do you perform to validate their legitimacy?

Vendor by a third person who joins as a member of our company and does additional business. By the same member the company adds vendor or take Aadhaar card, pan card, Bank Passbook, Vaccine Certificate as verification from vendor.

2. Who will be liable to resolve the customer's dispute in case the customer is not satisfied with the service?

If customer is not satisfied with our vendor service, within 3 days, you can contact our customer support team, you will share your order details and register complaint, our team will serve you again 3 to 5 hours. You will not have to pay any service charge again.
